This is an attempt to display "before" and "after" photos of our kitchen countertops, and the entry area matching piece. So, here goes...These photos show the old Corian countertop in a sorta seagreen color, installed in 1999. Originally, in 1999, the floor tile was white, and most of the living area was carpeted. We had the carpet removed, along with the white tile, several summers ago (the year following our Alaska trip), replaced by tile more in keeping with the desert home theme. This, of course, made the green counters look grotesque! So, off they came this year, replaced by tan and brown granite. (next blog, please).
